With the roster deadline right around the corner, it's important to have your processed criminal record check on file if you're volunteering as coach, on-ice assistant, manager, executive, etc.  If for some reason you have not, you need to do so immediately.  Please refer to the forms section of our website, where you can find the letter you'll need from TPMHA, as well as the CRC forms.  For any questions, or to submit forms, please contact Ernie Foster.
