Awards

We are now taking submissions for 3M Coach of the Year, and the Larry Mayer Memorial Volunteer of the Year Award.  Please submit your nominees to any Executive Member.  Deadline for submissions:  April 1.

Criteria:
Larry Mayer Memorial Trophy:  In recognition of an individual's dedication and commitment to minor hockey in our community.

3M Coach of the Year:  

• Display good sportsmanship towards team, parents and officials.  
• Display positive youth sport experience and teaching methods through the game of hockey.
• Display respect for players, parents and officials in all situations.
• Teach positive life skills allowing kids to benefit from team experience.
• Dedicate time both on and off the ice to support TPMHA activities.

Coaches in all levels need to submit the recipients for the League, House League Teams, and Rep Team Awards.  Please coordinate as coaches to determine your awards, with League ranking first, then rep, then house league.  Deadline April 1.

We are now accepting expressions of interest for those planning to run teams next year.  We are looking for Head Coaches for:

• Atom First Team

• Peewee House League
• Peewee First Team
• Peewee Second Team
• Bantam House League
• Bantam First Team
• Midget House League
• Midget First Team

Notices of Motion

Please consider if you wish to put forth changes to our Constitution at our upcoming AGM.  Date is TBA.

AGM

Our Annual General Meeting date is To Be Announced.  All parents are invited to attend, as we need your feedback on how to improve.   We will be doing draws for free registrations (non-refundable portion) for each division, for those in attendance.

Voting will be taking place for the following 2 year positions:

• Vice President
• Treasurer
• Registrar
• Referee in Chief
• Hockey Development Coordinator (Open position)
• Tournament Coordinator
• Fundraising Coordinator
• Coach Coordinator
• Player Advocate
• Communications (open position)

Year End Awards Event

All families are welcome to our Year End BBQ, Date to be Announced.  The awards will be for Novice - Bantam, Coaches as well as Officials Awards.  This event is open to family members.
