IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM EXECUTIVE

Attention all members: Thank you for your patience as we navigate through this transition. We have been placed in a very difficult situation & needed some time to make a few adjustments.ON ICE SCHEDULE WILL COMMENCE SEPT 13th

We value & respect everyone's view on this very sensitive matter, however at this time, we all need to put our personal opinions aside & focus on the quality of this program for all of our kids. This is their program, not ours. They all need to be able to continue to play hockey more now than ever; the last 18 months have been so hard on them mentally, emotionally & physically. Our main goal to achieve is to continue our minor hockey program the best way we can, granted the circumstances & still include all of our players. Please continue to support our youth & proceed with TPMHA online registration and Hockey Canada online registration.

We had a very positive executive meeting last night and have confirmed: ON ICE SCHEDULE WILL COMMENCE SEPT 13th.

We strongly encourage those that may not be able to enter the facility, due to recent Public Health Orders in place at the current time, to consider sending a "qualified" family member or a friend that can bring your player(s). Otherwise, we have discussed the idea of extra volunteers to be in attendance. We will be able to meet you at the door with your player dressed (minus skates & helmet) ready to attend their ice times. There will be very firm restrictions; a signed consent form will be required, contact phone numbers & to be within minutes of the arena. Late pick ups will not be tolerated. We are planning to involve our U15/U18 age groups to assist with our U7/U9/U11 (&U13 if required) This will also offer volunteer time for those that can help.

For the first TWO WEEKS, due to low registered participants, we will be merging a couple groups, using ice times from Mon-Thurs (2 sessions per group) If our registration numbers increase, we will definitely be able to increase our ice time sessions & go back to individual group times:

Quick memo to: On Ice Coaches & Volunteers: Please continue to get your qualifications in order such as the criminal record check, child abuse check, Respect in Sports (coach/volunteer course) & Hockey Canada registration, you will also be required to meet the current Public Health Orders, being fully vaccinated.

Thank you to those that have been in contact with us to date, if anyone else needs to reach out, please email: thepasminorhockeyexec@gmail.com

We all know the quote "It takes a village to raise a child" and now is the time for us all to come together and make this happen for our children because that's what matters most!

Let's help our youth continue to do what they love, and that's to play hockey! Thank you for taking the time to read, please take the weekend to think about the adjustments we've made to move forward & if you are not comfortable with this at the current time, we will always have room when you are.

We have planned another executive follow up meeting on Sept 7th. We will continue to email updates on program developments.
