The Pas Minor Hockey Association

On April 30th, 2024 TPMHA held our Annual General Meeting.  At this time, it was the wish of the membership for clearer financial disclosure (Please see AGM Minutes - under Treasurer Report); as well as a Motion moved to revise the entire Constitution. (Please see AGM Minutes Constitutional Motion #2) - [2024 AGM Minutes].

The purpose of the Semi-AGM will be to:

• Provide transparency to our membership by presenting findings of recent association finances, as professional services now do our accounting

[rationale - to give clarity to many financial queries presented by our membership]

• Vote on a complete re-wording of our Constitution.  (Proposed wording in document on right side of this page)

[rationale: The current Executive feel a full re-vamp of the document is in need, in order to simplify the document, provide more clarity, align with other regional Constitutional documents, provide more freedom for each annual Executive to make operational changes in a more efficient manner]

• accept nominations for any open executive positions (E.g.: Coach Coordinator, Tournament Liaison)
• discuss / answer any questions from membership
