The Pas Minor Hockey Association

Please be on the look out soon for the schedule for Extended Season, for the month of April.  We'd like to send a huge shout-out to the Coaches that will be volunteering their time for these development practices & scrimmages.  Note, during this period, players will move up to the age level that they will be playing in the Fall.  If anyone has any questions on this, please reach out to executive.

With our fiscal year quickly approaching, we are putting out a final call for Volunteer Refund forms.  These will need to be submitted to our Treasurer (thepasminorhockeyexec(at)gmail.com), no later than March 31st.  There are still opportunities to get your hours this month, by assisting with scrimmages (music, timebox), banquet planning, etc.  

TPMHA is looking for a person within our membership to head up the Year End Banquet planning.  We are currently finalizing details, but the date is likely May 13 or 14th.  If you're great at planning things, this is a lot of fun for the kids U9-U15.  Please note, if no-one steps forward, the banquet may not occur.

In preparation for this, we also need our membership to put names forward for the following awards:

Larry Mayer Volunteer of the Year Award - open to any volunteer in any capacity in association
Travel Team Coach of the Year Award - an award specifically for Rep Team Coaches
Dedication to House League Volunteer Award (new) - an award for any volunteer working within their House League. Multiple Awards may be presented.
Rookie of the Year Volunteer Award (new) - open to anyone in their first or second season volunteering.

Please consider putting your name forward so our Coach Selection group can arrange for an interview.  The initial deadline for this will be May 14, 2025.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 6 pm on May 15.  A&W Meeting Room.

If anyone has any potential amendments to the Constitution, please submit a Notice of Motion to the President, no later than April 15th.  The President will publicize these online a minimum 10 days before the AGM.

We are always in need of executive to help guide the direction of our club.  Please consider helping with the vital roles.  More information coming before May 15, and we hope to see you in attendance.
